This Blood Drive campaign means a lot to blue and white families across the United States and the world. We have a family that needs a blood transfusion. By donating blood, you can help save the lives of people undergoing surgeries, battling cancer, or suffering from traumatic injuries. It even allows the people who donate blood because each time you donate, you have free health screening: Each time you donate blood, you receive a free health screening that includes testing for several common diseases, such as HIV, hepatitis B and C, and syphilis. This can help you stay on top of your health and catch any potential health problems early on. When I roll my sleeve up, I know I’m helping my family directly, so please, let’s come together and help all families.
