Woody Turner Memorial Blood Drive

0 /50

My Dad, Woody Turner was an awesome man!  He showed my brother and me so many things growing up.  What a great marriage looks like, how to become good men, the importance of giving back to the community and how to live facing cancer.  He fought cancer for many years and as his cancer progressed he needed many blood transfusions.

Whenever he saw a Bloodmobile, he stopped to say Thank You to the donors and the Red Cross staff.

New blood donors are needed every day to save the lives of patients who depend on the generosity of volunteer donors.  Without the letters A, B and O  – letters that also represent blood types – the Red Cross can’t save anybody.  You have what it takes to make an impact in someone’s life, maybe even save their life.  Help patients in need by joining the #MissingType movement.

Please donate blood between now and Saturday, July 21st.
