My birthday wish this year is to get all of my family and friends to donate blood! It’s a simple process; make an appointment, take a quick survey & health questionnaire, get a little prick of a needle and in a half hour or so you’ll be done. My blood type is O+ and it can be given to anyone in the positive family: A+, B+, AB+ and of course O+. Every time that I give blood I feel so rewarded that my act of kindness helped someone in need. What better way to celebrate life! Thanks in advance.
