Which is why this year for my 48th birthday I am donating the gift of life to the American Red Cross and I am asking you to join me. In lieu of gifts this year, I’m hosting a SleevesUp virtual blood drive and asking 48 of my friends and family to pledge to give blood in the next 90 days. That means I am asking 48 of my friends and family to help me help save 144 lives just by donating 1 pint of blood in the next 90 days.
