After I lost my mom to cancer at a young age, I committed to donating blood to help others battling the disease. Over the years, I’ve donated more than seven gallons of blood and platelets, saving many lives. And now, it’s more important than ever to donate blood due to thousands of blood drives that have been cancelled because of COVID-19.
