Meet my Uncle Tim. He is amazing. He is a husband, father, uncle and friend.
Retired from the Air Force, he has spent his retirement traveling to visit family, friends and his favorite places with my Aunt Kathy.
If you like the military, NASCAR, hunting, fishing, woodworking, pets, family and friends, then you would love him as much as I do.
Today is my birthday. On this day 37 years ago, I was blessed with life. On this same day, my Uncle Tim, who has been diagnosed with inoperable liver cancer, received over 20 units of blood and is fighting to save his.
My birthday wish is for the Red Cross to receive 50 pledges for blood in honor of my Uncle Tim. They are still accepting donations and taking all the necessary precautions during Covid. I thank all of you those that donated in the past so an ample supply was waiting when he needed it and would like to thank everyone who accepts this challenge and makes a pledge. When you go, remember to mention it’s to honor a great man, my Uncle Tim McQuitty.
