How are you “Called to Serve”?
As Soldiers, (and in many cases, health care workers), we have a deep understanding of selfless service and helping others in need.
Being a blood donor is great way to make a difference. Donating blood is a simple act with a profound impact. We all know someone who has had an illness, undergone a surgical procedure, given birth to a child, or been in an accident. Each of these are situations that could require a blood transfusion to obtain a positive outcome.
For the month of November, join the 456th MCAS virtual blood drive and schedule a donation in honor of someone you love, for some promotion points, or just show up for the cookies. An hour of your time can save a life.
