2 years ago Theresa was diagnosed with osteosarcoma and yesterday Theresa turned 11!! Theresa is still in treatment her blood and platelets are always taking a hit so we had to come in to clinic the day after her birthday for platelets and blood. We know Theresa does this so much that she makes a big dent in the east cost blood supply. Not just Theresa actually, but all little kids with cancer.
So for Theresa’s birthday and to honor the many pediatric cancer heros I’m asking for my friends to celebrate Theresas birthday and honor Septembers pediatric cancer awareness and go make an appointment and give blood to the American Red Cross through a Virtual Blood Drive.
We are looking for 10 pledges for every year of Theresa’s life! 110 pledges!!
