The Camp Blood Drive

11 /150

Many of us at The Camp know someone who was in Las Vegas during the tragic shooting that took place. Whether our AFF was at the concert or on a getaway during fall break, all Monday morning, people were scrambling to get a hold of their loved ones.

As the hours pass, the death told continues to rise. The injuries have nearly tripled since this morning alone. The hospital floors are covered in blood! As we find ourselves getting healthy, a lot of us are able to now give back in a different way.

Please join me in donating blood to the American Red Cross’ SleevesUp initiative! Let’s see if each Camp can come together to reach at least 50 donors ASAP!! (See below)

We work together every day to do important work. But today, we want to accomplish something even more meaningful. The Red Cross has to collect 15,000 blood donations every day to have enough blood to help patients in 2,700 hospitals and transfusion centers across the country. That’s a lot of patients in need and all of us, coming together, can help ensure patients receive life saving blood.

So SleevesUp and help us reach our goal. Make and keep an appointment to give blood to the American Red Cross.
