At Safelite Auto Glass, we take our commitment to giving back to our communities very seriously. The core initiative of the Operational Excellence Team is to make a positive impact on all surrounding communities nationwide. The team travels across the country, visiting various locations, with the hope of encouraging associates to participate in the Sleeves Up Campaign in partnership with the American Red Cross. This initiative aims to make a significant difference in people’s lives, as one bag of blood can save three individuals.
