The American Red Cross has to collect 15,000 blood donations every day to have enough blood to help patients in 2,700 hospitals and transfusion centers across the country. Every two seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood. It is essential for surgeries, cancer treatment, chronic illnesses, and traumatic injuries. Whether a patient receives whole blood, red cells, platelets or plasma, this lifesaving care starts with one person making a generous donation. 1 donation can save up to 3 lives!
With this campaign, PCC Structurals is setting out to contribute to the cause as blood donations are of desperate need. Together, we can make an impact and help ensure patients receive lifesaving blood. We are asking our team to roll up their sleeves, pledge their support, and donate blood.
