2 /25

A member of the Mudratz Family, Chris Hansen, will be having surgery and treatment soon to treat a pesky brain tumor that decided it needed to be relevant again.

Let’s show support for Chris and others who are fighting cancer by simply donating blood!!

Unlike medicine, blood products cannot be made in a laboratory. But sometimes, extra blood is as vital to patient care as medicine. People with cancer may need extra whole blood or some portions, like platelets.

General Guidelines for Blood Donation:

  • Be in good general health and feeling well.
  • Be at least 17 years old in most states.
  • Weigh at least 110 lbs. (Additional height and weight requirements apply for donors 18 years old and younger and all high school student donors).
  • Have not donated blood in the last 56 days.
