In her 99 years, Jan has always “lived to give!” Whether during her service as a WAVE in World War II, her five decades long law practice in the great state of Alaska or her later 30+ years of volunteer work with the Quota Club, the Alaska Regional Hospital or the Anchorage Visitor and Convention Bureau, she worked tirelessly for the good of others.
Just as she was the “life blood” of her community, it is our turn now to honor and recognize that service by donating what we alone can give…our own blood in service of the humanity around us.
