Sleeves Up for Darryl – Month of May 2nd Annual Blood Drive

40 /124

We have a special occasion coming up – Darryls 26th Birthday –  and we would love to celebrate by doing something meaningful.

Our son, Darryl Sevesind, forever 24, was killed on October 11, 2015 by a hit-and-run driver outside of his Ontario home. He left behind a girlfriend, a son, parents, siblings, grandparents, as well as numerous other family and friends who will forever feel the void of his presence in our everyday lives.

We celebrate his life and birthday and his honor his memory by giving the gift of life. Giving blood is such a small thing we can do so that no family goes though the loss of a love one because there is no blood.
One blood donation can help save up to three lives. That means a lot to patients in need, but it took on a new meaning with Darryls sudden and tragic death. Help us reach our goal and ensure that patients receive the lifesaving blood they need. Pledge a donation and make and keep an appointment to give blood to the American Red Cross and pass this on to all you know.
This campaign runs through May 31st and our goal is 124 pints of blood – enough to FILL A KEG for DARRYL.

Will you help us with our SleevesUp campaign?

Every two seconds, someone in America needs blood. Help us to celebrate Darryls life by ensuring that patients in need get lifesaving blood.

We are asking for all our friends to make and keep an appointment to give blood to the American Red Cross.

It’s easy to find an appointment that’s near to you and every donation can help save lives. All you need to do is click on the link below – pledge to give blood at any local Red Cross location near you.
