Oklahoma Sooner City Alumnae Chapter Blood Drive

1 /100

Donating blood is an act of compassion, equity, and community care. For many in ethnic communities, especially those living with conditions like sickle cell disease, access to closely matched blood can mean the difference between a crisis and healing. When we choose to give, we do more than provide blood; we offer hope, dignity, and a lifeline to those in need. Our collective commitment strengthens the health of our communities and ensures that no one is left without the lifesaving resources they deserve.

At the 2008 National Convention of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the Oklahoma Sooner City Alumnae Chapter proposed a Resolution that was approved for Community Education on Blood Donations and Unique Ethnic Qualities. Blood donation drives are now to be considered as part of the annual programming for all local Chapters.

Thank you for your willingness to donate!
