We have all felt the impact of COVID 19 and the global pandemic. The number of blood donations is dramatically lower than pre-COVID due to social distance and the cancellation of many blood drives. According to RedCrossblood.org “every two seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood” and “one blood donation can potentially save up to three lives”. This is our opportunity to give back and save some lives during these trying times. NextGen Cares along with the Remote Engagement and the Military / Vets & Allies Employee Resource Groups have partnered up with the American Red Cross to host a Virtual Blood Drive. This is open to all U.S. based friends and family of NextGen Healthcare.
