National Donor Day is when the transplant community comes together to thank their donors and promote the need for lifesaving organ donors. CKF aims to inspire and educate individuals across the country to become organ, eye, and tissue donors.
Donating blood is a simple and easy way to raise awareness for organ, eye, and tissue donation and can help individuals new to the topic begin their donation journey. This year we will be hosting several virtual blood drives and teaming up with blood banks to host in-person blood drives in your area. We would love your support to either host a drive at your workplace, school, or college or simply donate blood!
Challenge your friends (or anyone for that matter) to a friendly competition! Who will win the battle to do the most social good for your community?
Put your virtual blood drive campaign against one or even multiple other campaigns to see who can recruit more blood donors for the American Red Cross.
