Red Cross Blood donations needed following harsh winter weather in South

“Almost all Texas residents now have their power back on after a week of misery.
But for many, the hardship continues as they face water issues, food and gas shortages, and now for some surprise utility bills.
FEMA has shipped one million meals and four million liters of water to the state, along with nearly 70 emergency generators.
The Red Cross says the harsh winter weather also led to the cancellation of blood drives.”
