The national blood supply is going through a major shortage. Blood is needed ALL THE TIME. Donating blood is the only way hospitals receive blood for patients. Only 38% of the US population is eligible to donate blood at any given time. Less than a tenth of eligible people donate blood on a regular basis. This blood drive campaign may have a numbered goal but getting as many people to donate blood as possible is the bigger picture. Please pledge to donate blood. LIVES ARE IN YOUR VEINS!
