This is Indigo. A child who was once so happy and full of energy and is now fighting to get her life back.
At three years old she was diagnosed with Severe Aplastic Anemia, a rare and fatal blood disease if left untreated. Indigo (Indie) has undergone Immunosuppressive Therapy treatment, alongside weekly blood transfusions, and is now requiring a bone marrow transplant. Fortunately Indie has a match, but there are thousands of other kids in North America jut like her needing a bone marrow donor. So, in honor of Indigo and all those waiting for a match, we are asking for your support to give blood and register as a stem cell donor.
