As many of you may know, ten years ago, I faced a life-threatening situation where I urgently needed a blood transfusion to survive. Thanks to the generosity of blood donors, I received the life-saving blood I needed to pull through.
I’m hosting a SleevesUp virtual blood drive for my birthday this year and asking friends and family to pledge to give blood in the next 60 days. Together, we’ll track our pledges, cheer each other on, and, most importantly, provide a lifesaving gift for needy patients.
