Kaiser Permanente African American Professional Association is a culturally competent association committed to the elimination of health disparities while improving the health of our members and the communities we serve by ensuring the future viability of African Americans and Kaiser Permanente by engaging in:
– Internal and external activities that enhance and strengthen mentoring programs Multicultural collaboration, economic parity, community support, and involvement for its members.
– Providing support to community-based activities and programs.
– Educating and promoting health consciousness and empowerment in the African American community through resources available within Kaiser Permanente.
– Creating networking opportunities for African American professionals and others throughout Kaiser Permanente.

To contribute voice and perspective from the African American/Black community and work to achieve KPGA’s mission.
