I have decided to try to spread some good the best way I can think of – with a Red Cross blood donation drive. I am aiming to have 41 blood donors for my 41st birthday.
With the COVID-19 pandemic continuing to overload our healthcare systems, there is a desperate need for blood. There is almost always a blood shortage in our country, but with more people in hospitals and fewer people donating because of the pandemic, things are worse than usual. So please, if you are able, donate blood to the 41 for 41 campaign!
They are also testing all donations for COVID antibodies, so you can get a free antibody test for donating.
