Jake Lindsey and his family had their world turned upside down 2 weeks ago when Jake was diagnosed with Severe Aplastic Anemia. Jake was spending his time supporting his baseball teammates, preparing for prom, and looking forward to graduation…he now spends his days receiving platelet and blood transfusions and waiting for a bone marrow donor match.  Jake is surrounded by family and friends that love him – and people that want to HELP. Here is your chance!!

Jake will continue to need both blood and platelet transfusions, and as his family and friends we can roll up our sleeves and donate, ensuring that product is available when he – or someone else’s loved one – needs it. Platelets have a shelf life of 7 days, and donors can donate every 2 weeks. Blood can be donated every 56 days.
