January marks National Blood Donor Month, and Lantana Consulting Group is thrilled to kick off our annual blood donation campaign from January 15 to February 16. This year, our campaign is proudly named ‘It Takes All Types,’ with a goal to inspire 50 employees or family members to participate voluntarily.
According to the American Red Cross, winter is "one of the most difficult times of the year to collect enough blood products to meet patient needs." Holidays, weather challenges, and seasonal illnesses contribute to the cancellation or lower-than-expected yield of winter blood drives. If you or any family members are interested in contributing, we encourage you to visit a local blood bank. Together, let’s make a difference and address the challenges faced during this crucial winter period.
