Honor Shelly by donating blood

Shelly
14 /50

On May 25th, Shelly’s life changed forever. After feeling unwell, and on advice from her doctor she headed to the hospital for some tests. Shelly didn’t realize that she wouldn’t be coming home to her loving family again for weeks. Test results revealed Shelly had Acute Myeloid Leukemia and would need to immediately begin chemotherapy. Shelly has since received a total of 21 units of blood and platelets and will continue to need more.

Shelly’s family and friends welcome you to join them in donating blood in her honor at your local American Red Cross from July 26 to 31, 2021.

Join the team and help Shelly reach her goal of 50 donations!

How it works:

1) Pledge to donate through the “Pledge to Give Blood” button on the top right of this page.

2) After you complete your pledge, you will be automatically taken to the Red Cross online scheduling system where you can make an appointment for a blood drive near you.
