The current global pandemic- health crisis, with the learn as you go valuable lesson in Science , Faith, History , Humanity , Love, Math & Finance continues to enrich all of us in so many ways.

I am a NURSE : hard work , being informed, responsible & safe has always been & remains essential instilled values to continually , conscientiously deliver quality, commitment , compassion and dedication to
” Love Life ” (as per a beautiful young soul taught me -KA ) Family , Friends and in work – medical care , education , empathy & advocacy for others.

I continue to learn to be my own advocate , In health & well being . Investigating & exploring all options for definitive answers to create a solution for best practice outcome & fullest capacity of return to function.

B.Joel – One of my FAVS … ” Slow down you crazy child ,you’re so ambitious for a juvenile , but then if you’re so smart , then tell me why you are still so afraid ? Where’s the fire , what’s the hurry about ? You’d better cool it off before you burn it out , You’ve got so much to do , and only so many hours in a day , But you know when the truth is told , That you can get what you want or you can just get old , You’re gonna kick it off before you even , get half way through , when will you realize …” – Thank you piano man !
Dr. Suess Books :
1. Be Kind , A short & sweet story with a beautiful message for our world on any day , no matter your age or race .
2. Oh The Places You will GO , This is my go to for all graduates … A meaningful message about the importance of seizing new opportunities , keeping an open mind and trying new things to stand out !
3. Phil Collins – True Colors – as in the 4 color personalities . It doesn’t take a global pandemic – health crisis to learn this one … “You see a person’s true colors when you are no longer beneficial to their life.”
My Favorite color -GREEN = Having a personality color green means you are kind, generous and compassionate – good to have around during a crisis as you remain calm and take control of the situation until it is resolved.
You are caring and nurturing to others – however you must be careful not to neglect your own needs while giving to others.

In closing , a Red Cross blood drive is on hold until our world’s health is safer. Could you please add you 2 cents ( 0.25 x 2 = 5 0 ) to safely celebrate my remote 5-0 th ” tune up ”

If 2020 is telling us anything … It’s telling s to enjoy the moments we have and don’t take any day , anything or anyone for granted .
More Peace & Love ,
Nurse Alison
