Feeling grateful today — thank you so much for all the birthday love! I’ve been reflecting on how to carry that love forward and make it count in meaningful ways.
In the past year, my family has walked through some tough challenges, and I’ve seen others around me carrying heavy things too. I know so many of us are holding struggles that aren’t always visible. It’s been a powerful reminder of how much we need each other — and how even small acts of care and compassion can make a real difference.
One simple way I’ve found to give back is donating blood. It only takes a short time, and it truly saves lives. My last donation went to a hospital in New York, and I’m humbled knowing it could help someone in a critical moment.
So this year, for my 46th birthday, I’ve got a little birthday wish:
I’d love to see 46 people sign up to donate blood! Whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth, your donation matters. It’s fast, it’s free, and it’s a powerful way to help others in need.
There are so many ways to give back — I’d love to hear the ones that matter to you. And if you’re looking for something simple, feel free to join me in this small but meaningful way to support our broader community.
