This campaign is important to us because we want to give back to our community in such a challenging time period. We want to give back, as it is the season of giving! As Girl Scouts, we were taught to be “friendly and helpful” as well as “considerate and caring”. Hearing about the shortage of blood in this devastating time, we wanted to help out those in need since we can’t do so ourselves. We are inspired to help out the medical field as we have done in the past, and will continue to as we grow as Girl Scouts. We wish to reach 50 pledges, or 50 pints of blood to help out our local friends. Thank you in advance for helping in our community donations and for helping us achieve our Silver Award! 😀
