The older I get the more I see the need for blood and platelet donations. So this year as I become another year older I would love if people could donate blood of platelets this year instead of sending presents send someone in need the gift of life.
I personally have scheduled a platelet donation on my birthday to continue my goal of donating at least once a month. Blood and platelet donations help people of all ages and backgrounds. They help cancer patients fight through chemo, victims recover from accidents, and patients undergoing surgery and more.
