The FBI WMDD typically sponsors several blood drives each year. However, as a result of COVID19, our support will look different this year. We are helping our community by hosting an American Red Cross, “SleevesUp” campaign and we need YOU to pledge to give blood at any local American Red Cross blood drive or donation center.
Fact: Every two seconds, someone in the United States requires a blood donation. Thousands of Red Cross blood drives have been canceled across the country due to the pandemic resulting in some 86,000 fewer blood donations. The American Red Cross is in need of all blood types.
Instructions: Click the pledge button on the right,and fill out the short form including your zip code. You will be taken to the Red Cross website where you will be shown a list of upcoming blood drives in your area that you can make an appointment to attend.
