IT’S THE TIME when I would be planning a big shindig for my 60th Birthday party. I would be very proud instead, if my friends would donate blood in this virtual blood drive. I keep seeing people making the effort to circumvent Covid SIP rules. So why not do something that is in line with the rules and is also so essential. Blood collection centers have got to be the cleanest place you can go, and you even get a free Covid anti-body test with no lines!
I gave about 6 weeks ago, and IT’S THE TIME to go again. The actual procedure took about 10 minutes. These people are the bomb! I have rolling veins, and many regular doctors’ offices have trouble with me. The people at the center do this day in and day out. They have seen every type of vein and encountered every kind of problem. No excuses.
If you really know me, you know that I almost always do what is right. Giving blood is the right thing to do. It directly saves lives. It directly saves quality of life. A single normal donation may help 3 people each time. Please honor me by giving blood alongside me in my virtual blood drive. (They are giving away a free long sleeve shirt until January 7th).
