This is my father, Cliff Rhoades. Due to some health reasons, he is in need of blood transfusions about every two weeks. Recently, the blood bank has expressed concern due to there not being enough blood and sometimes he is not able to get the full amount that he needs.
Throughout his life, my father has influenced and contributed to his community and we are now asking his community to step up and help him! We know that not all the blood donated will go to him, but will also help those in the community that also need blood and may not be able to get the full amount they need.
During his career, he has lived in many different places, so we have decided on a virtual blood drive so all can participate no matter where they live! My father’s favorite/lucky number is 14, so we are aiming for 114 donations! Please share and spread the word!
