From Kate’s Mom:
Kate was diagnosed with Leukemia on April 7th and went to heaven 20 days later on April 26th. Those 20 days in April forever changed our lives. In her honor and memory, I am looking for 20 people to donate blood this month. While in treatment, she received several bags of red blood cells and platelets. I was struck by the sheer number of children in hospitals being kept alive by the generosity of people who donate blood!
