Hey Digital River!  As you may know, the Minnetonka office sponsors two blood drives per year and other offices have done similar drives over the years.  Due to the pandemic, this has not been possible!  So, the DR Volunteer Members in conjunction with the Diversity and Inclusion Council members throughout the world have banded together to sponsor a virtual blood drive!  Yes, you will still need to find and go to a blood donation center 🙂

If you pledge/promise to donate to the Digital River Saves Lives campaign and you are able to donate by April 9, please take a selfie of yourself at the donation center and share to the MS Teams Event page for the Blood Drive.

We are conscious of the fact that some countries are still in a lock down and may not be able to participate in this event, but we will have another blood later this year, with the hope that everyone who wants to donate can.

Remember – One blood donation can help save up to three lives. That means a lot to patients in need, but it took on a new meaning recently.

Without volunteer blood donors, our story might have had a different ending. Help us reach our goal and ensure that patients receive the life saving blood they need. Make and keep an appointment to give blood to your local blood donation center.
