At this time, the blood banks across the country are in need of continued support.  The COVID-19 pandemic caused the cancellation of thousands of blood drives nationwide and though immediate patient needs are being met, the need for blood never ends. Even with the quarantine, life still goes on and accidents happen, and people are still fighting cancers, blood diseases, etc. If you’re like many others and need a good reason to get out of the house, click the pledge button to find a blood drive near you and schedule your appointment to donate. The need for blood is constant and the American Red Cross needs to collect 13,000 units per day in order to meet the needs of the patients and hospitals they serve.
