Each year Compass encourages families to give back to the community through various service projects. This year, our anatomy classes are learning how our blood flows through the body, reaching every cell to provide life, health, and healing, so we chose to partner with American Red Cross to invite you to donate today! Blood is one of the most fascinating things God created. It cannot be manufactured. A decision to donate your blood can save a life, or even several if your blood is separated into its components — red cells, platelets and plasma — which can be used individually for patients with specific conditions. Would you support our science class’ campaign and pledge to donate blood at any location of your choice?
