The Red Cross has to collect 15,000 blood donations every day to have enough blood to help patients in 2,700 hospitals and transfusion centers across the country. Hospital patients are relying on donors to give blood today to help ensure blood is available for the lifesaving treatments they need. It’s one of the few powerful ways we can give— human to human.
