As we work towards our "Benchmark" to help LLS, we wanted to reach other people who are fighting blood cancers and disorders!
One blood donation can help save up to three lives. That means a lot to patients in need, but it took on a new meaning when Norah was diagnosed.
Without volunteer blood donors, our story might have had a different ending. Help me reach my goal and ensure that patients receive the life saving blood they need. Make and keep an appointment to give blood to the American Red Cross.

I am honored and humbled by being one of three worldwide candidates chosen to represent Team in Training with the LLS society in the Ironman World Championship in Kona, HI on October 8, 2016. Being able to be an ambassador for my daughter Norah, my team at Benchmark Physical Therapy, and those effected by this disease is truly a blessing. My immediate family and my work family have made a "Benchmark" to raise 100k in funds while I train for this race as our ultimate goal is to do something bigger than ourselves and make an impact in a big way!
