I am a nurse at St. Mary’s Hospital in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Almost every day, patients in our department are receiving blood, whether it be because of chemotherapy or some other kind of disease or cancer. We have such compassion for these people, and if there is any way, we as a church, can help, it needs to be done. We care for each other and now we need to care for our community and give a little of ourselves to others.
