Bankers Insurance is partnering with the American Red Cross to give back to our local communities in 2024! This 501(c)3 humanitarian organization provides emergency assistance, disaster, relief, and disaster preparedness education – which ties well into the mission and work we do here at Bankers Insurance. This collaborative partnership will enable our team to join together in support of a greater cause that combats the natural disasters we see impact our clients every day.

The American Red Cross has declared a national blood shortage in the wake of a record catastrophic year for weather and climate disasters across the country. Additionally, as extreme weather events are worsening, the Red Cross is seeing an increase in blood drive cancellations, further contributing to the national blood shortage.

Throughout the month of March, we are encouraging all employees to participate in our “Bankers Insurance Gives Back” blood donation campaign. All you have to do is find the nearest American Red Cross blood drive location (https://www.redcross.org/give-blood.html), schedule an appointment, and roll your SleevesUp!
