Despite the current restrictions on workplace blood donations, the employees of Airbus Americas have partnered with the American Red Cross to collaborate on a Sleeve’s Up Campaign. This campaign allows you to donate blood safely by finding a local Red Cross site and making an appointment online by using the online scheduling tool. Now is a great time for us to give back to our communities and to help SAVE LIVES with our donations.

Notice to colleagues and friends: It is important to note that there are some restrictions on eligibility to donate. If you have spent three months in the UK, Northern Island, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Gibraltar, and the Falkland Islands between the years 1980-86, you will not be able to donate blood at this time. People that were in France or Ireland from 1980-2001 for a total of five years are also unable to donate. If you have any questions about eligibility, please contact me at [email protected].
