Our dear friend Louise—Lou—has always been a source of strength, kindness, and inspiration. Now, as she faces stage 3 cancer, this is our moment to show up for her. After receiving several critical blood transfusions, Lou shared this simple yet powerful request with us:
“If you feel compelled to do something, please give blood at your local bank for anyone else in my situation.”
Blood donations save lives every day, providing critical support to patients battling cancer, undergoing surgery, or facing medical emergencies. In honor of Lou’s resilience, we’re launching A Pint for Lou, a virtual blood drive encouraging friends, family, and kindhearted strangers to donate in her name.
