2023 National Blood Donor Month

8 /50

There is an urgent need for blood donations. The American Red Cross is experiencing the worst blood shortage in more than a decade. The dangerously low blood supply levels have forced some hospitals to defer patients from major surgery, including organ transplants.  Every two seconds, someone in America needs blood, and every donation can help save up to three lives. If you are eligible, please schedule an appointment to donate blood at a location and time convenient for you, and encourage your friends and family to do the same.

January is National Blood Donor Month, can you help make a difference?

So SleevesUp and help us reach our goal. Make and keep an appointment to give blood to the American Red Cross.

Time spent donating blood, including travel time, is paid per the Volunteer Paid Time Off Policy. Please be sure to log your time for this activity in Workday.
