Donating blood is a big deal to me! My Mom hemorrhaged with every childbirth and she needed transfusions. I was able to celebrate many birthday with my Mom because others donated blood to help give her life. If I can help anyone else live more years and enjoy more birthdays I am going to do that.
I pulled my sleeves up on Friday and gave my pint! If you are able to donate blood, I urge you to give. If you can’t give blood, the Red Cross can take other donations – you can even volunteer to work at a blood drive. Thank you for considering giving!
