At Minnetronix Medical we work every day to improve the lives of patients. One way we’ve done this in the past, beyond our daily work, is to host two on-site blood drives per year. Due to COVID-19, hundreds of blood drives like ours have been canceled, meaning that the blood supply is very limited, and the Red Cross needs our help!

The Red Cross has to collect 15,000 blood donations every day to have enough blood to help patients in 2,700 hospitals and transfusion centers across the country.

The need for blood doesn’t stop and neither do we!

The Corporate Philanthropy Committee would like to invite Minnetronix Medical employees, friends, and family to join us in this virtual blood drive running from Halloween through Valentine’s Day. So whether you want to celebrate spooky season, give thanks, or spread the love over the next few months, do so by raising a sleeve. Pledge to donate here and you’ll be taken to the Red Cross website to schedule an appointment at the drive closest to you. The blood draw will take 10-15 minutes; the entire appointment will take about an hour. If you’re a regular donor, you’ll be happy to know that with the blood mobiles running again there are many more appointment openings available sooner than there were in the late spring/ early summer.
