Since our partnership began in 2015, AvalonBay has hosted over 350 blood drives which have resulted in more than 6,900 units of blood donated to the American Red Cross. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit the US we had to cancel all of our blood drives and although we are not hosting drives yet, we want to continue to support the Red Cross through blood donations. So, we are launching #SleevesUpAVB and invite all of our associates, residents, partners and friends to join us in rolling up your sleeves and donating blood!
