As Governor Larry Hogan leads our state through the Roadmap to Recovery, the Maryland Department of Transportation TSO (MDOT TSO) wants to honor the memories of those Marylanders who lost their lives to COVID-19 and honor the service of all those who help fight it. To honor them, we are launching the #SleevesUpMD #MDOTCares Blood Drive, in partnership with the American Red Cross. The SleevesUp campaign seeks to raise 100 pledges for blood donations. Blood supplies are at a critical shortage. Just one lifesaving, selfless, donation can save as many as three people.
