Hey guys! Today I decided to go to new jersey blood services to donate blood. Unfortunately due the covid, we are experiencing a huge blood shortage. Now more than ever blood banks need us to donate. Drawing blood for just 10-15 minutes can save up to 3 lives and be used for other critical research. Make sure you are healthy and read all the requirements prior to deciding.This is my pledge! (Note:Make sure to drink plenty of fluids and eat prior.Also sit if you feel dizzy.)
