Hello, I am Lauryn a Kennesaw State University student and when I was born I needed a blood transfusion. I was very lucky that at my mom’s job that 35 people came out to donate. Out of all of that love there was only one person that was a match. A young man that was a college freshman that was forced to give by his mother. I am glad he did, his blood saved my life.
One blood donation can help save up to three lives. That means a lot to patients in need, but it took on a new meaning recently.
Without volunteer blood donors, our story might have had a different ending. Help me reach my goal and ensure that patients receive the life saving blood they need. Make and keep an appointment to give blood to the American Red Cross.
